Ticket canceling and objects in MooveGo

Hi there,
There are sometimes people who don’t read what they are about to play and so they want to cancel at the very last moment. The ticket is already purchased, but the players want there money back. At this time there is no way to cancel a ticket in the backend. If people don’t want to play and want there money back and already received the QR code to play the game, i have no control over this process. So is it possible to create a cancel ticket button in the backend?
Other question, in Moove teams there is an option to collect objects which you need to unlock other questions. This is a very nice feature. Is it possible to implement this in MooveGo? I have a escape tour in MooveGo and i would be great if players can collect keys and other stuff they need on their journey to unlock puzzles and questions.
